Quotes

Quotes are free, itemized, and based on the information and photos you provide. A quote is valid until its stated expiry date. If the actual job differs materially from what was described, the crew will explain the difference and get your approval for any adjusted price before starting.

Bookings and access

We arrive within the agreed window and call about 15 minutes ahead. Please make sure we can reach the items and legally park. If we arrive and can't access the items or the job is cancelled at the door, we may charge a reasonable trip fee.

What we take

We don't transport hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, propane, oils, biohazards). Items we remove become our responsibility to dispose of properly; items we recycle or donate are handled through third-party depots and charities.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete, by the methods shown on your invoice. Overdue invoices may pause further work. Prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to 5% GST.

Liability

We're insured and our crews take real care in your home or business. If something goes wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
